The firm's main activities relate to taxation of Italian companies and Italian branches of foreign companies that require personalised tax advice regarding strategic and organizational choices to support them in the ordinary and extraordinary management of their business (M&A, Changeovers, Reorganizations, etc). The firm's objective is to develop innovative solutions which, in conformity with the regulations currently in force, allow clients to optimise their own legal and fiscal profiles for the advancement of their entrepreneurial or professional activities. Regular contact is maintained with clients in order to provide consultancy and financial advice with regards to direct and indirect taxes as well as company taxation and accounting.

Taxation of individuals
The Firm provides assistance to individuals in order to optimize their taxation through the resolution of tax issues connected to change of residency, handovers and financial investments. Advice is also provided for the corporate and fiscal management, protection and heritage of family assets.

Contentious Tax
The Firm has extensive experience assisting clients in the preparation and during fiscal disputes with Fiscal Commissions by providing an intermediary between individuals and the Financial Authorities in order to reach agreements and judicial settlements following verifications.

Trusts
The Firm has considerable experience handling Trusts (Board of Directors and Controlling Authorities), agents for holders of stocks and shares as well as management of property, assets and Trusts.

Administrative Services
The Firm provides clients with administrative assistance with regards to accounting, balance sheets (ordinary and extraordinary), compliance with fiscal obligations and the creation of economic and financial budgets.
